Can I add a personalised message to my gift box?

Absolutely! Every Gift Crate box includes a complimentary handwritten note.

Add your message in the order notes at checkout and we’ll handwrite it on a beautiful gift tag and tuck it inside your box — ready to surprise and delight your recipient.

What's the cost of delivery?

Orders over R1199 qualify for FREE door-to-door courier delivery anywhere in SA.

Orders under R1199 carry a flat R99 courier fee, nationwide

How long will delivery take?

We ship fast! 🚚✨

Orders placed before 11am (Monday–Friday) are packed and shipped the same or next working day.

Once your Gift Crate box is with the courier, delivery times are:

  • Main cities: 1–2 working days
  • Other areas: 2–4 working days
    Rural / outlying areas: 3–7 working days

Same-day delivery:
Available in selected Gauteng areas when booked before 10am — please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

EFT payments:
Orders paid via EFT are shipped once payment clears. For the fastest dispatch, we recommend Instant EFT or card payment.

What’s the last day to order for Christmas delivery?

Orders placed after this will ship once couriers reopen in January — beautifully packed, just delivered after the festive rush.

Do you accept returns?

Most Gift Crate boxes include perishable items (plants, food, or consumables), so returns aren’t possible unless your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

If something isn’t right, we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
